My first Covid injection
A bit chilly in the queue outside, we all seemed to be booked in for 5:00, perhaps thats when the doors opened. Once inside the treatment was quick and efficient and friendly. I enjoyed the magical mystery tour out of the building.

Visit for covid jab
From arriving early and being allowed in as they were ahead with the vaccinations to being allowed to leave after having it the whole process was stress free. The staff were great, informative, and extremely professional.

COVID vaccination at Kingston Crescent Surgery
I received my first vaccination for COVID at the surgery on 10th February. The process was run well from start to finish. There was no waiting, the information relating to the vaccine and possible side effects was clearly provided and I felt safe throughout the process which was managed very professionally. Excellent care
I was cared for by the nurse practitioner Todd. He was very thorough professional and kind. I came away feeling that he had listened to my woes and had positively helped sort them out. After a blood test he telephoned me with the results and as a result I needed my meds adjusted which he had already sorted.

I was nervous at first about coming to this practice as I was with the Hanway group practice for 28 years and didn't hear anything good about this practice. How wrong was I. I got my appointments easily, my husband was allowed in with me and the staff were friendly, helpful and listened to me about my needs. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.
