Covid Vaccination experience
Traveled for covid jab arranged by my Crookhorn Surgery, on arrival checked for temperature and details very quick, ushered to next stage greeted by helper to door in corridor straight in to see doctor, details checked by assistant, jab given, not felt, then given card with details and next appointment date confirmed, on to waiting area for 15 minute wait timed by assistant and advised when time was up and out through side door, felt safe throughout as set up seemed very well set up.

Recent appointment
My only issue is that I have to wait in a line of 16 people on my phone to make an appointment when going to the surgery is so much quicker

Thank you for your feedback. We have invested significantly in our telephone system, which attempts to match capacity with patient demand at all times. There are times of day, however, which are busier than others and, during these times, it will be more difficult to get through. We do constantly monitor the situation and, if indicated, make further investment in our communications infrastructure.

Covid vaccination
From start to finish it worked like clockwork. I was met outside by a very cheerful man who directed me inside where a lady checked my temperature and indicated further down the room to a gentleman who asked several questions about my health and handed me on the the next man who ,in turned directed me to a room where l had my vaccination given by a very pleasant and chatty nurse after which l went out of the rear of the building. All over in 2-3 minutes, great.

Very professional
At the moment of my arrival there was only one person inside and was leaving so I didn't contact with anybody. I went to the touchscreen terminal, did what I have to. And on the time of my appointment the nurse called me, she was extremely professional, polite and was very clear on her explanation about what Iwas doing there.
