Thank you for your feedback. We have invested significantly in our telephone system, which attempts to match capacity with patient demand at all times. There are times of day, however, which are busier than others and, during these times, it will be more difficult to get through. We do constantly monitor the situation and, if indicated, make further investment in our communications infrastructure.

Diabetic blood test
This was a positive experience given challenging times. Surgery felt safe and secure, staff helpful and pleasant. Timings excellent and nurse doing injection had a very good manner and put me at ease despite the difficulty in accessing a vein! Thank you.

Nice staff and prompt service
Got a call from the surgery to advise me I could have my flu jab, went on my lunch break from work and was seen within 5 minutes. Nice staff and prompt service.

The econsult form is a great way to access the service. However some of the questions may not be relevant and impossible to move on to the next page if N/A so end up completing a box that is not entirely relevant! Having said that it is a good service as getting through on the telephone is extremely difficult.

I only go to the GP Surgery when I need to. During these Covid times I am quite surprised how many different surgeries deal with patients not of their surgery. Well done and stay safe.
