Smooth efficient procedure
The telephone invitation to accept an appointment was efficient and very politely conducted. We were given sequential appointments so were able to stay together throughout and were done as a couple. We were very lucky with the weather while we were standing outside for about 20 minutes - I accept that there is no real alternative to this. The actual vaccination process was also smooth, courteous and efficient. Very pleased overall, thanks to everyone involved.

Friendly and helpful
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, my only concern is the phones are always so busy, when trying to book my Covid jab i tried 50 times in two days before I got through, only to be told that they had run out of stock. Thankfully I have now had my first one. It was very a stressful time.

COVID
I was not impressed to see 3 receptionist sitting NOT social distance and not wearing face masks also other team members behind reception without masks.
As a receptionist myself in a health care environment I found this to be a very bad example to set when we are all trying to get the message across.
