Very good experience
Surgery was clean and spacious. Covid safety notices were clear and evident. Good lighting. Front desk Staff were pleasant and inviting. Nurse who I saw was professional in explaining procedure and post procedure, as well as checking vital information before delivery injection. Very good experience.

I must say once in the surgery the doctors and nurses are amazing and so friendly.. but I had a blood test cancelled and then I was told to call and when I got through after waiting 10 mins I was told to call at 10am the next day to re-book a appointment you guys cancelled.. which I find very frustrating.

tomer service for her will get a 1 the other ladies tone and manner was great with people25 for the doctors and nursesreceptionist sometimes rude or is rude the right word abrupt less than helpful the tone of voice in how they speak to people customer service sometimes poor Not all receptionist most are lovely but on the day I came in the one who spoke to me considering there was only one other person waiting to be seen was abrupt customer service for her will get a 2 the other ladies tone and manner was great with people

Masks Not worn
Some staff wore masks some were not wearing them.
They were coming in and out of reception from their working environment and also coming in from outside, all going behind reception where more than half were NOT wearing masks. A delivery was also recieved where the older man was wearing a mask and the younger man was not.
