First Experience at Kingston Surgery

I transferred to Kingston Surgery from Hanway Rd Surgery in November 2020. Had my first appointment in the surgery this week. A telephone consultation led to same day appointment. Blood test taken and and ECG given all on-site. Blood test results on my on-line account the next day. Cannot fault the service and the time I was given.

Following day had a call offering me an appointment for my 1st Covid vaccination this week! Thankyou!

Flu vaccine

I went to them to receive some information about: when I can have flu vaccine. The answer came just like that: now. I waited 30 minutes and got my flu vaccine. Thank you

Kingston Crescent Surgery

I have good health and engage very little with the health services. As for mum's needs, I never feel entirely confident that I am using services to best advantage or approaching them as expected. However things are OK in a muddle through way and issues are resolved or just go away. However again, we should all be open to change, so if your services were improved on requiring change, I would deem this a 5 rating. I do not intend to be passive aggressive in this communication.

Kingston Crescent Surgery

The telephone system for accessing services is appalling. It is almost impossible to get through, and can take hours to make a simple appointment. I can't access the online appointment system at the moment and will have to phone to have the pass word reset which will probably take another 45 minutes of waiting with the nerve jangling jingle. The actual appointments I've had have been good and efficient with nice staff.

I already gave feedback complaining and have not receive an updated as I requested a call back. Also then had issues getting my prescription and getting multiple texts asking for the same thing.
