Proactive care

After recently moving to the area and registering with the surgery they contacted me to let me know I was due some vaccine boosters. Booking was easy online and the appointment ran smoothly. Very pleased that you proactively managed this. My old doctor's surgery were not proactive at all.

Queen of Phlebotomy

I have had to have several blood tests in the last few months and after several tries the nurse or doctor has given up. This young lady, one go ,straight in and I was out in a couple of minutes, absolutely brilliant, when I refer to other practitioners these were hospital clinicians, not the practice.
