I was a little nervous to be taking my 97 year old mother to a large surgery in the middle of the city for her flu jab, but we could not have been dealt with more efficiently. No waiting, very friendly service and we felt safe and comfortable throughout.

I didnt answer the questions the doctor asked me correctly due to nervousness. I have all the problems she spoke about. But I denied some of them. For which I apologise. The doctor was excellent and my experience was also excellent.

Confusion begins with E consort, having underling issues means no contact with surgery, rather make us patients call 111,or 999, never put any underling issues and you will get a very rude receptionist from my personal experience.

They do, however, work in what can, at times, be a stressful environment and have to endure unacceptable levels of abuse. I felt completely safe
We arrived at the doctors surgery met by receptionist who took our temperature then directed me to book in to sit and wait for the doctor to call me in. Flu vaccination given blood pressure taken. I then left the surgery. All safe procedures in place I felt completely safe and secure. Social distancing in place cleaners busy keeping the surgery clean.

Went in for flu jab, nurse said I was due for a couple more ie tetanus mmr etc, wonderful lady booked me in there and then with doctor, had jabs all in a very short time, brilliant receptionist as well, left feeling like I have been really looked after.
