Thank you for your feedback. With the ever-increasing demands on our services, it is simply not possible or, indeed, appropriate for all our patients to see a GP, particularly for urgent problems. All of our Nurse Practitioners and Paramedic Practitioners are fully clinically trained and supported by an on-site duty doctor if they need any assistance whatsoever.

Covid, good practice being used at the surgery, you did feel safe and clean whilst waiting for the nurse. I was there for a flu jab, surgery had text me to come in for a free jab.
No problems.

The drs and nurses are great and see me if urgently required but I did find the receptionist that welcomes you in very abrupt and not welcoming or friendly at all

My Nurse was friendly and helpful

I'm with this surgery for more than ten years. Most of the doctors and nurses are very friendly and helpful, but some of the old ladies in the reception behaved very rude, no smile on their face or no friendly talk. Sorry!

Thank you for your feedback. We have invested significantly in our telephone system, which attempts to match capacity with patient demand at all times. There are times of day, however, which are busier than others and, during these times, it will be more difficult to get through. We do constantly monitor the situation and, if indicated, make further investment in our communications infrastructure.
