Not sure whether this refers to visit to Kingston Crescent or when I had blood test at Somerstown as your email does not indicate this. The visit to Kingston Crescent went well. I saw Alan Davies (paramedic) who listened well and was very calm and reassuring - great manner.
If this is for Somerstown - the blood testing, this was done very efficiently and quickly and no bruise! Butterfly needles really are better for people with smaller veins. I do not know the outcomes of any tests carried out yet (also stool and urine). I would like to be able to see the results of tests online. I used to.

Prior to Corona, the clinic functioned superbly. However, with the onset of this virus, I actually feel the service has further improved. While it's great to see my doctor face to face, thats not the reason for visiting the clinic. Receiving a phone call the same day with a doctor, any doctor, is convenient, faster than before and I hope this system remains for along time

Great difficulty in arranging an appointment in view of my medical history. Phone lines not always operational during stated times. No reply received from my text and replies received to my e-mails avoided my situation. It took a week to eventually get an appointment, and surgery now want to see me again this Friday 31st July. It was only by contacting QA hospital, who said I should be seen that I eventually got somewhere, Bearing in mind your notice, re Covid 19, things could have been handled better. When I went for my appointment, there was only (1) other patient waiting to be seen, but there was at least (6) staff on the premises.
I understand about the pandemic, but I think part of the reason is also you have acquired Hanway Road, Surgery, and could be overstretched. Sorry to have to write this, but better management skills are needed or be reviewed

I very much regret having to write this review, but my situation could have been handled better, bearing in mind I have had (2) previous strokes, and was in great fear of suffering a 3rd, also my mobility has decreased significantly.

Sadly, on this occasion, I felt unable to give you a 5 star review and I hope your 'practice manager' will be involved with this.

Thank you for your feedback. We have invested significantly in our telephone system, which attempts to match capacity with patient demand at all times. There are times of day, however, which are busier than others and, during these times, it will be more difficult to get through. We do constantly monitor the situation and, if indicated, make further investment in our communications infrastructure.

You take too long to issue repeat prescriptions and not helpful when I need an emergency prescription. Making me a disabled old man have to walk back words and far words between you and the pharmacy. You just keep saying phone the 'prescription hub' witch is only open for 1 hour a day!!!!!! It is a joke

Was concerned that I wouldn't be able to get appointment because of current covid restrictions. Had a telephone consultation which lead to an appointment with a female doctor.
Extremely understanding and efficient. Even gave me a ring back call to confirm test results. Very satisfied.

In the recent weeks, it has been easier to ask for a duty call. My issues have been listened through thoroughly and appropriate advise and support has been offered.
The GPs and nurses have treated me with care and consideration and I am much appreciative of this .

Phone call to surgery 20th in queue, but answered in 10 mins. Doctor rang back 10 mins later. Appt next day, excellent service, referred to hospital, phone call next day with appt for one weeks time. Absolutely excellent service.
