A pleasant experience
This was the first occasion to use this Surgery, as a former Stubbington Avenue patient. It is a great improvement on both the latter and Hanway Road Surgery. Despite the present difficulties, the reception staff were pleasant and polite, as was the Medical Practitioner I saw.

Have had amazing service so far
After recently transferring to this surgery from the University surgery I've been very happy with the service from them so far.
Even during covid-19 lockdown I was booked an appointment for health checks for the next day.
They have been incredibly responsive and I find their econsultation makes everything so much easier to seek help and advice.

Was not happy with the service of the doctor that I saw couldn't even be bothered to check just tell me my blood test was all normal but doesn't help me one little bit was told go to physio and with level if pain I'm in he couldn't even be bothered to exam me just said arthritis to everything without checking thoroughly I can't even book an appointment online so I can see a doctor I want to see

Way too quick diagnosis
The diagnosis was way too quick. Without any tests at all, just a bit of pushing my tummy around and asking if it hurts. No urine sample asked or anything. The medication given is not working so have to go back as things have gotten worse now. Sometimes taking more time and doing tests can avoid wasting the professionals time and giving the patient comfort ASAP.

Outstanding service and help, even with the Covid situation
I hadn’t been feeling great for some time, but with the way things were I didn’t want to burden my Surgery. One day though I felt quite bad and thought I would ring the surgery even if it was just for advice, the receptionist was lovely and told me I would get a call from someone soon. I spoke to Alan he was a paramedic, and he was fantastic! I explained all my symptoms and he told me he would like to see me at the surgery! When I got there he had already arranged blood tests and and ECG with the nurse to have after my examination! The nurse also very friendly and helpful, I have seen her before in the past and is always so lovely. Alan was fantastic, and I would definitely see him again listened to everything I said. The next day I had my results which was amazing and showed what the reason was for me feeling so unwell! I have now had my treatment and feel so much better, thank you Alan and the lovely nurse, and all the staff there keeping things going, and ensuring safety.
