Well looked after from all staff present today, welcoming member of staff guided me in, reception staff thoughtful, helpful & kind. The doctor I saw, knowledgeable straightforward with what I needed to know in order to help myself.

I can't believe the negative comments made. I have never had a bad experience at this surgery from receptionists to nurses to GPs. They are all without exception extremely friendly, professional, and caring. It's sometimes difficult to get an appointment but that's the same everywhere. The eConsult form works well and I have received very prompt responses. Thank you all!

Lovely surgery and lovely staff, nothing’s ever a problem and staff can’t do enough to help. Considering how many patients they have I can always get seen if I need to and get the help I need. Thankyou.

Last visit
Received a call back from a doctor very quickly and an appointment was made for that morning which was great. It was at the start of the Coronavirus in feb and felt happy the doctor checked things out before I was allowed to the surgery.
Once at the surgery spoke with a different doctor ( believe it was a health care worker) he was also efficient.
Only down side was when I picked up my prescription and got it home realised I had 3 weeks worth of antibiotics but I hadn’t been explained to why? I knew this was a long course and would of been good to understand why.

The doctors and nurses are the most experienced I've ever been treated by. When I become ill I needed a lot of care and support. Dr Monnary Dr. Sergen and Dr. Kipgen treated me with the best possible and minded people it's been 4 years now not so bad, thanks to all of you I'm back in a better place now and hopefully I'll be staying with you I hope everyone gets the same treatment as me thank you.

Great service all round
Kingston Crescent were really helpful and tried to do everything to help me figure out what was wrong with me. Staff were friendly and extra precautious regarding coronavirus, including screening people at the door. Great service all round.
