The Surgery it's ok but sometimes must be wait long time for doctor's appointment and very often changes doctor's, that's mean the doctor don't know patient's medical history exactly.

The staff are as helpful as they can be under the circumstances they have to operate under. The main problem is a lack of appointments, each time one tries to get one there are none.

Thank you for your feedback, we are currently working hard to reduce our 'Do Not Attends,' in October at Kingston Crescent 135 appointments were not attended, this is a total of lost clinician time of 55.3 hours or 2.3 weeks, an average cost of £1,729. If these had been cancelled more appointments would have been available to others.

I find the receptionists who answer the phone can be rude without any reason. It is normal to have long wait times on the phone. Often when I get to the front of the queue the phone goes dead (someone has hung up on me) and when you do get through for a routine appointment they are booked 2 weeks in advance and availability is poor. It's more likely that I end up just leaving whatever it is to get better on its own or seek alternative care than get an appointment with my gp. I will be looking to change gp in the near future.

We are sorry that you find our Reception / Contact Centre staff to be "Rude without reason" we would like to assure you that all of our staff are fully trained in customer care. They do, however, work in what can, at times, be a stressful environment and have to endure unacceptable levels of abuse. I had an appointment with Suki Power Clinical Pharmacist. He was excellent. Full of information and advice.
He basked to see me again in December, it is as usual impossible to get an answer in the phone, I tried 8 times in the last 24 hrs and have not got beyond number 12 in the queue. I have now resorted to the econsult service .
My only observation would be the empty waiting room and the reception team complaining loudly about their working conditions, pay and parking fines !

Treated with dignity and respect and because I was being treated with respiratory problems they have actually helped me stop smoking and I am extremely happy because I wasn't put under any pressure which helped so thank you very much to all the respiratory staff.

Waiting time was good

I went in for a flu jab and self administered blood pressure test. The waiting time was good and flu jab received promptly. I then carried out the blood pressure test which gave a systolic reading of just under 150. The instructions indicated that I should report the result to the reception as it was higher than ideal, the receptionist dismissed a referral as unnecessary as it was under 150. I will repeat the test in the near future but I would have been happier to be referred to the GP.
