Atmosphere was pleasant
I couldn't have been looked after any better. Dr Monnery explained every step of the procedure and his nurse constantly offered support. The atmosphere was pleasant and everyone was very kind.

The receptionist was lovely, as I'd not been there before. The doctor I saw apologised for running late, which doesn't bother me at all. She listened to me and was very thorough with her examination. I didn’t feel rushed! Thank you for seeing me and dealing with me so well.

Really good and helpful!
I find that the nurses and doctors I see are really good and helpful! As I choose to see curtain ones, but the receptionists I how found they can be rude and not pay attention to what is said and they then get annoyed!!

I've only seen a Doctor 3 times in the 2 years I been registered. The doctors are kind and understanding when you eventually meet them, I got bad depression and anxiety so I don't know who can help me with that.

Was made comfortable and at ease
I visited Kingston as my surgery at Cosham was busy, had not been to Kingston before. Felt rather anxious, was booked to see practise nurse who called me almost as I finished the sign in. She was very welcoming and introduced me to another colleague who was in the room. I had blood pressure done and was made comfortable and at ease. Completely a pleasant experience, as I was having BP done it helped to relax me.
