When eventually got appointment to actually speak to pharmacist we resolved our problems with changes with medication, perhaps six months later than acceptable as not suitable with phone call, physical interaction was necessary.

Trying to get an appointment is like trying to meet the queen if you're ill you want to see a doctor the same day or the next not 2 weeks later & you don't want to go to the walk in centre & wait stupid hours to be seen you could be dead by then.

Thank you for your feedback. We have invested significantly in our telephone system, which attempts to match capacity with patient demand at all times. There are times of day, however, which are busier than others and, during these times, it will be more difficult to get through. We do constantly monitor the situation and, if indicated, make further investment in our communications infrastructure.

I saw Dr Mariam.. She was quite quick, but thorough. She listened to what I said, acted upon it and I was on my way in a short time. I had to book an appointment for a blood test, also had a letter in the post 2 days later to book an appointment with dermatology.

Appointment. I have to have my appointment every 10 weeks but yet I can’t book that appointment in advance and when I come to book it I can’t get a appointment and it’s for my medicine that keeps me alive
