This is part of a practice group which is not near my usual surgery or where I live but I really dont mind going here as it is really organised and very friendly. I would recommend.

Still in agony

Called 111, got told to call doctors to be seen as believe my broken rib could be infected and all they did is call back and say can't do anything try these patches to numb the pain. I'm now 5 weeks along still in agony.

Thank you for your feedback, we are currently working hard to reduce our 'Do Not Attends,' in September at Kingston Crescent 51 appointments were not attended, this is a total of lost clinician time of 30.5 hours or 1.3 weeks, an average cost of £763. If these had been cancelled more appointments would have been available to others.

Turned up off the street for flu jab. Seen within 15 minutes or so. Offered further injections that I explained I felt I was still covered. No pressure and had jab. All good.

Thank you for your feedback. We run immunisation campaigns throughout the year to ensure that we offer our patients the best possible care, meaning that reminders are regularly sent to our patients. When you attend for an immunisation, you will be offered further immunisations if these are clinically indicated which you can choose to accept or decline.

I needed a same day appointment so rang at 8am. Disappointed that instead of your are number x in queue, I had a ring back later. This happened until 8.25. After that it was 19 in queue and a doctors ring back. Thinking this would take a long time I was settled for a wait. However 9 am ring back and an appointment at 9.30. Out of doctors by 10 and I've only lost less than 2 hours of work. Very impressive. Also my prescription was waiting in my local pharmacy when I got back from work.

We are sorry that you find our Reception / Contact Centre staff to be " cold and unwelcoming " we would like to assure you that all of our staff are fully trained in customer care. They do, however, work in what can, at times, be a stressful environment and have to endure unacceptable levels of abuse.
