I went to the surgery on the off chance of getting my flu jab. I was asked to take a seat and within 3 minutes I had my jab and was on my way. Thank you.

They do, however, work in what can, at times, be a stressful environment and have to endure unacceptable levels of abuse. On time, very thorough

Called the appointment line about a cough I'd had for two weeks and couldn't get rid of with over the counter meds. Was given the option of coming in to have my chest listened to or a prescription for anti biotics. Decided to go in as there were other complications. Appointment was on time and GP was very thorough.

I was treated professionally and courteously

I was treated professionally and courteously by the receptionist and the nurse that dealt with my appointment. The nurse called me in a bit ahead of my appointment so I only waited a minute or two. The nurse was helpful and suggested a GP appointment.

Can't get appointments unless near death and the drs only speak on the phone instead off seeing you so i just put up with long term problems now and feel ill most of the time.
