Kingston Crescent Surgery - Review after recent visit

This visit was good. Sometimes the receptionists are not very helpful but the lady I saw was great. The diabetic nurse was friendly and she did my flu injection as well.

Kingston Crescent Surgery - Blood test

The lady who took my bloods was lovely. However she didn’t know what bloods I needed taken as diabetes nurse had not put it on the system, so she decided to do full bloods.

Fantastic nurse

I’ve received an excellent service from Carole who is a nurse at Kingston Crescent. I’ve required repeat visits to heal a wound and mentioned today how refreshing it is to be able to see the same person every time, so they can monitor progress. A big thank you to Carole and to the doctors.

Kingston Crescent Surgery

I am not sure what it was for unless it was for the flu injection. Efficient and friendly staff. But not liking the new system online as nanny people will suffer through it! Also there are no continuity, follow ups with hospital letters communication which I am very disappointed with! The caring and support for patients is no longer there and feel very sad of years PAYE into the NHS system and now been let down with all the changes.

Meds review

Couldn’t get through on phone for meds review, constantly engaged then long time in queue
Also when turning up for appointment the receptionist said there wasn’t one booked, took her ages to find it was.
Then blood pressure machine wasn’t working properly and so don’t know my results as no doctor could check it on day.

Unwell, spoke to doctor

The doctor I saw listened to me.
I felt heard and he ordered tests to be done on an urgent referral, and they have been done and got another booked in for a date.
Lovely doctor who took the time to listen to what I was saying.
Truly grateful.
