Appointment

I have left the surgery now as I could never get an appointment . My mother is 88 and they couldn't get her an appointment . She had a head ache for 10days to go to st marys or call 111. Went to st marys and they phoned the doctor and he came out to see her the next day . That put pressure on my mum waiting up the hospital when all she needed was a doctor to take 20 minutes to look at her and by the day she still has the headache .

We are currently working hard to reduce our 'Do Not Attends' Thank you for your feedback, we are currently working hard to reduce our 'Do Not Attends'in August at Kingston Crescent alone, 51 appointments were not attended, this is a total of lost clinician time of 46.7 hours or 1.9 weeks, an average cost of £1,255. If these had been cancelled more appointments would have been available to others.
