I am suffering from anxiety and depression and my doctors have been brilliant advising me on what other support I can get outside of my doctors, I am always able to get an appointment the same day would recommend the service to family and friends

Lisa Weller gave us exceptional service when we went to get our jabs for our upcoming honeymoon. She gave us excellent travel advice for the places we are going to be visiting and put me at ease when receiving the injections. We can’t thank her enough for passing on her knowledge to us to keep us as safe as possible.

Could not have been more helpful

The waiting room was busy but quiet. Receptionists were constantly attending to patients and all the other jobs they need to do, but were still able to pass a friendly word.
Dr Monery was as charming as before and answered the questions I had, without any pressure or persuasion.

Got an appointment but previously was diagnosed ok the phone and prescribed medication which I don't think is a good idea because somebody could have an ongoing problem which can be cured before it becomes something serious. I understand there are no Gps but something needs to be done on this Kingston Crescent as people have bad review.

Thank you for your feedback. With the ever-increasing demands on our services, it is simply not possible or, indeed, appropriate for all our patients to see a GP, particularly for urgent problems. All of our Nurse Practitioners and Paramedic Practitioners are fully clinically trained and supported by an on-site duty doctor if they need any assistance whatsoever.

Annual Health Check

This visit was a simple annual health check that followed up on a recent COPD check up and test with the same Nurse! - I have to say she was extremely efficient and put me at my ease in every way on both occasions. She was bang on the appointed time too to make it easier for me as I had something I needed to do urgently on completion! - I like the automated check in upon entrance to the Surgery at Kingston as it lets you know any possible waiting time should you need to be aware.

Prompt call back. Appointment arranged the same day. What else would you want. Excellent service. I don't mind waiting a bit if gp is behind his schedule: we all know they are being stretched to the limits. People should appreciate NHS a bit more : for comparison I recommend using some of health services abroad and than we talk.

The Dr I saw was lovely. Very polite and helpful.
My only complaint is that sometimes some of the receptionist’s can be pretty rude and unhelpful .

They do, however, work in what can, at times, be a stressful environment and have to endure unacceptable levels of abuse. I have been a Kingston Crescent patient since around 2001, I have never had a bad experience. On Thursday 25/08/19 I tried calling numerous times without being able to get through. I tried the online service for the first time it did take a while to fill in all requirements but within a few hrs a GP was ringing my mobile. Amazing, then I had a face to face at 17:10 that evening. Again amazing. It was for a changed mole. A referral was made, by Monday 29/07/19 an appointment at Dermatology was made for me on 12/08/19. Amazing service. Thank you so much to all staff at Kingston Crescent Surgery.

All depends on which receptionist you talk to and which Doctor you see. Some receptionists have an attitude when you speak to them and don't listen to you. Some Doctors can be just as patronising and not listen to you, when as a patient we know our bodies best.
