Recent Appointment
So hard to get an appointment at this surgery. The phones are extremely hard to get through on to make an appointment and when you do get through invariably all appointments have gone. if wanting to cancel an appointment who wants to hang on at number 15 in the queue to do this and frustrating I cant book a blood test on line. Receptionists are unhelpful at times.

Recent Appointment
I had a call from the doctor as I was feeling unwell the first doctor who called me was very kind, told me he hoped I felt better soon!! The second doctor who called me was the worst person I have ever spoken to!! He was rude, spoke to me as if I was wasting his time!! And tried to diagnose me over the phone by saying I had properly slipped a disc or something when he had not even seen me. I called up as I had signs of an UTI!!

The doctors are second to none but it's pretty much impossible to book a appointment unless it's a emergency and the counter staff leave much to be desired, I went in there and ask for a appointment for the coming Friday she then offered me Tuesdays then a Friday in two weeks then finally on the third attempt offered me a appointment on the Friday I wanted, why they couldn't just offer me the date I wanted in the first place is beggars believe.

The system of getting Appointments is dreadful. Especially if you are working with 1 particular doctor. Calling 8AM every day to be told none available and to call the next day and this goes on for a few weeks
