Very kind and helpful
On this occasion I was dealt with very quickly on the phone and was passed to the duty triage for call back. Called back really quickly and was concerned so offered an appointment that morning. Surgery busy but got seen and treated without any problems by an understanding paramedic practitioner. Very kind and helpful.
Feedback for one week previous for another condition again was faltering with very quickly and professionally by triage and doctor on the day.
On these two everything was how it should be.

We would like to assure you that a duty doctor is always available to assist with a consultation where required. Decisions must be made to ensure that the relevant patients are seen by the relevant clinician.

Irregular itching spots
I booked to see a GP who I had never met a Dr Rumi Chhapia. I told him quickly that I believed one spot to be a BCC. He had a good look all round to check for more saying he would refer me to Dermatology at St Mary's as he thought the main one was a BCC. Before I arrived home appointments had phoned, so I phoned them back.
I was seen by Dermatology and booked in for day surgery. Being a quick healer my stitches were removed one week later by Lesley at Kingston Surgery. I had three wounds which are now healing nicely. Early days no results yet, but hopefully all removed and just BCC's.

Pain free blood test
The lady on reception was lovely. Really helpful with showing me how to check in myself. I was then seen by Pam for a blood test. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a pain free blood test.

Recent Appointment
I was disappointed at the consultation last week that I was not able to ask for advice on additional or alternative pain relief as the GP "was running late". I was particularly upset as I try my best to manage my RA without needing to bother the surgery too much. Also, when I visited the surgery reception today, as requested, I was surprised to be told I was being referred for a hearing and balance test as this had not been mentioned at the consultation last week. I have made an appointment for this at QA later in the year. I will let the Consultant know of the recent additional problems at my appointment on July 15th. This has been brought forward by 6 months following routine hand and feet xrays I had at my last appointment in January, I am assuming that there may have been changes on them.

Recent Appointment
Receptionists very unhelpful. Wouldn't send my results (on paper) via e mail. Even though hospital said they would. So had to drive the results myself. Hospital couldn't believe it. Doctors and nurses all great. But the reception area always rude and unhelpful been with this surgery 45 years. Am gonna move to new one as result of this issue.

We are sorry that you find our Reception / Contact Centre staff to be "rude and unhelpful" we would like to assure you that all of our staff are fully trained in customer care. They do, however, work in what can, at times, be a stressful environment and have to endure unacceptable levels of abuse. Pleasantly surprised
I am not one to visit the doctor a lot but was pleasantly surprised on Friday. Yes I did have to wait but that was okay as the paramedic practitioner is very good he dresses my hand. Very polite and professional in all the services very good.
