Holiday Inoculations
We were booked as a family to have inoculations for a holiday to Mexico. We were seen on time and the nurse practitioner was informative and thorough in explaining what was needed and why. She also covered all other possible risks in detail and all with a smile!

The medical staff were faultless
Not having been to a GP for a few years I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth the process was. Getting the appointment took a while but once I was there everything was fine. I was asked if I would like booster injections and blood tests so I would say the surgery is very thorough. The medical staff were faultless.

Saw the doctor promptly
Saw the doctor promptly after ringing. My diagnosis was assessed and medication given which helped for a speedy recovery. I am still recovering but getting help quickly in the beginning helped.

Recent appointment
The receptionist attitudes are appalling. They are rude and spiteful. Never once have I rang for an appointment and not been spoken to like something on the bottom of a shoe. They refused to to get me in to see my gp after I had a suspected stroke. I ended up in a and e when I finally got an appointment through 111. Would not recommend this surgery, purely because of the bad mannered receptionists

Very nervous about blood tests, the nurse was amazing! She made me feel calm and relaxed and it was so fast! I was also early for my appointment and she was able to see me early!

Emergency visit
Called surgery 9.15am to ask for referral letter. Was told Dr. Would call back which he did within an hour and was told I could be seen that morning at 11am. Was seen about 11.15 so not long wait at all

Emergency cortisone injection
Well, the two GP’s who dealt with me were fantastic. I called surgery in morning as in acute pain with return of my calcium on shoulder. GP called and I requested pain killer and referral back to St Mary’s specialist who dealt with me last time, explains over past 3 days the pain was getting worse and unable to move arm. GP explained could be done in next 40 minutes by another. Husband dressed me and drove me to surgery and I was seen to. Although the cortisone actually worsened the pain for the next 12 hours it then started to get better. I am not 100% better but definitely improving. Apologies for not having both their names but would like to thank them for dealing with this so quickly.
