Waste of my Time

I waited weeks to have an injection in my arm for severe pain, I was relieved when I got the call to say I had an appointment. I booked a half-day holiday and went for my appointment. When I was called through I was told that I wasn’t having the injection but was being sent for physio. I asked why this was and he said it was his decision. I explained I was in a lot of pain and even brushing my teeth with my right arm was painful. He didn’t seem
to care and just said it was his decision and that was it. I again explained how much pain I was in and I had taken half days holiday for this appointment..
He said he booked you a physio appointment and that was it, I left feeling thoroughly disappointed and very annoyed.
If I wasn’t having that injection then why wouldn’t someone have called me and I could have at least saved some holiday.

Had my 2nd depo shot

The nurse that gave my shot was confused at first because I don't have my record as I had my first one at St Mary’s. But the doctor allowed it and I was able to get my shot in the end. The nurse was nice, just had a bit of confusion.

Very informative when I asked about Covid jab eligibility. Quick, painless and very efficient. Seen half an hour before my allotted time slot due to queueing system.

I arrived slightly before my appointment time and easily booked in using the electronic system. I was seen on time and the whole vaccination process was quick and easy. I was treated very well and would recommend using the surgery for this service

Mostly excellent

Went for annual flu jab, staff very welcoming & professional; only criticism would be the queue in a rather confined corridor, the air a bit stuffy due to number of people, maybe a fan needed.
