My Experience
Contacted the surgery on behalf of my mother. The response was quick and prescription was sent to the Pharmacy within the hour. Great. Downside was that only part of the medication was received as out of stock but we did get the Antibiotics for the infection. But since receiving the Antibiotics it seems my mother has to take one pill four times a day. Living on her own and being diagnosed with Alzheimer’s it is impossible for her to remember. That’s why she has nomad with the help via a nurse who comes in each morning. So now our family takes it in turn to make sure she is taking her medication by calling in on her through the day and before bed. Thank goodness it’s only for one week.
Please can you put on your data that my mum has dementia and act accordingly in regards to her medication.

My Experience
I have been waiting for two weeks for a blood test appointment which I had to struggle to get to with work and children. Spent money taking a taxi to get there on time but unexpected traffic made me late by 7 minutes.
I was told that the person is with someone else. I was mortified.
The receptionist was also rude and made me feel like she cared less.
I didn't feel supported.
I felt I wasn't allowed to explain myself and the clinic does not take health seriously, to cancel an appointment that affects my health after just 7 mins.
