Thank you for your feedback. Access will always be an issue as on the whole demand is higher than we can safely offer. That said since moving over to Anima we hare receiving much more positive feedback on the access available. We are in the early stages of the new system, please bear with us and we are confident that access should improve.

I initially went in for a blood test and didn't hear anything for a week until I got a text message saying I needed another blood test. Again didn't hear anything until I got another message saying I needed yet another blood test. That was a little while ago now so I assume they found nothing but I still have no idea what they were testing for, should I be looking out for anything? Should I be making some lifestyle changes? It would be great if they could just talk to me more that would be really helpful.

Thank you for your feedback. We are a no news is good news Practice, however, you should know why you are having tests. If you have access to your records results can be viewed by you. If you want to discuss the tests please submit an Anima and this can be arranged.
