Came for blood sugar review

The nurse was very professional, interacted with me all through when she was doing all the observations and blood tests.

Blood test appointment

The blood test appointment was on time and the nurse was lovely. However as a registered disabled person and blue badge holder I rely on being able to park close to the entrance, preferably in a disabled space. However on this occasion, the delivery lorry for the supermarket opposite was parked across the surgery disabled parking bays which meant they couldn’t be used.

A wonderful Experience - exceptional staff member

So I started 38 in the queue but, the time soon passed by. Got through to one of the ladies who was helping out on calls. She was so very knowledgeable! Words aren't enough to describe how wonderful she was. Answered and actioned all my queries, I am exceptionally pleased. We even had a bit of a chuckle on the phone.
