Confused

I got nasal steroid for my ear but don’t know how long I have to use it for and there is no follow on, seems to be the norm not to have any follow up appointments so left in limbo
Ears: what happens next?
Stinging in left thigh no follow on to physio
Told to double up on Statins but look at records, a person unknown to me has cancelled them so collateral will remain very high
Knee still distorted and in pain no follow up
Totally deaf in left ear for past 20yrs due to practise nurse forcing an ear thermometer into the canal dislodging the grommet
So going deaf no one cares

Unfortunately, as you have left this anonymously, I cannot investigate. With any medications, there are instructions on the packaging - or you can ask the pharmacist when they are dispensing this for you if you are unsure.

Spirometry tests

The tests went very well with a friendly nurse and I have a phonecall booked to review the results. There was a delay because the receptionist failed to book me in but all sorted.

Referral for oviva weight loss programme.

I saw Dr Gurung for a referral for the Oviva weight loss programme. After the tests I was told that I did fit the criteria to start the programme as it states on my NHS app. I have since been told by a text from Dr Monneray that I do not fit the criteria. As you can guess I am slightly confused as I thought that all your doctors at the same practice would be singing from the same hymn sheet. No wonder people are starting to lose confidence in their GPs. As you can probably guess I am not happy with the treatment I have received.

Blood test appointment.

I found staff very helpful and friendly and also took note of the fact that I was Deaf and a lip reader.
