Spirometer test

As I explained before I was there for a Spirometer test and Karen was first rate, very informative and took time to be extra helpful. The specialist Nurse, knowing I have an artificial arm left arm and my other hand is riddled with arthritis, allowed plenty of time for me to grip the tubing and was very helpful and informative.

My blood test visit

Taking blood from me usually isn’t bad but unfortunately I find nurses that stand to take blood causes problems, I pressed on it for as long as possible. Also the nurses should see you out of Kingston Crescent because you have to press a green button with your right arm and pull a very heavy stiff door with my left arm at the same time. Unfortunately my left arm bled so bad my sleeve was soaking wet all the way home. I also had a swelling and it bruised. So I wasn’t very happy really.
