I was seen on time. The diabetic nurse was helpful in cancelling an appointment I had for the end of the week which would have doubled up on what she was doing. She was quick and efficient with the consultation

Prolapsed bladder
I waited four and half weeks to see someone at the surgery because I had a prolapsed bladder. By week three, I was so distressed my family was really concerned about my mental state. Then at four and half weeks I had my appointment with the nurse Claire Lavender who was so caring and listened to me and how upset I was. I left that day a different lady much like I always was. I might be 72 but I have always been active. I did the new anima way of contacting the surgery. My last text when I asked some questions was told by a male doctor to ask the nurses when I see them. Did he not realise that was four and half weeks from when it happened and I could not walk around or do anything I always did and that played on my mind. I felt neglected and depressed until I met Claire, and in that time with her I understand whats happened. So those ladies were my saviours, put me back on my feet and I know they are going to check on me regularly.
