Relaxed and at ease

As my appointment was a sensitive one I was made to feel really relaxed and at ease. The nurse was very helpful and very confident in what she was doing which made me feel even more relaxed.

A good experience

Called not long after my given appointment. Nurse was very cheerful and friendly. Did an excellent job of taking my bloods as she found a vein straight away and I didn’t feel the needle go in. I also asked if she would take my blood pressure and she did . All round a good experience.

Emergency appointment

I telephoned for an emergency appointment, was phoned back, appointment arranged and seen the same day by a GP who was thorough and prescribed medication to combat an infection. Thank you

Your recent appointment

Your call handlers are excellent, especially since they have to deal with 'more than 30 in the queue'. My experience of the reception staff is very positive, as they will always do their best to help and have to put up with people being less than patient and often quite demanding. I had BP and a blood test, fast and competent, as well the member of staff was kind and jolly. My only complaint is that the amount of NHS No Reply texts on my dumb phone, so I can't click on the link. Also stop telling me I'm fat as I'm getting a bit of a complex now!

I am sorry that we took so long - if you were delayed for that amount of time and were within the surgery for the whole 90 minutes plus the exceeded time, then we can look into getting this removed for you.
