I had a COPD review.
It couldn't have gone any better. The lady I saw made me feel very comfortable and at ease, I could completely be myself, we had a good laugh together.
I am just so disappointed with myself that I cannot remember her name, very highly recommended, fantastic lady, I must find out her name, I really want to see her every time, so friendly, welcoming and explained everything I need to do in simple terms.

The staff are great. The problem is trying to get an appointment. The options to book an appointment are extremely restrictive and limited. The econsult option didn’t work very well and closed within about 5/10 minutes of it opening.

We have to cap it as we are an appointment led service, and even in that time we often get around 100 eConsults submitted. We are reviewing our digital access and expect to make changes for the benefit or our patients in the Autumn. We will, of course, share this once we have more information.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Dr. Nichols. The instructions provided were unclear, and the doctor came across as somewhat abrupt. I felt my concerns weren't fully listened to, and there was a sense of rush to conclude the appointment. Specifically, I requested a glucometer to regularly monitor my diabetes, but this was dismissed in a rather arrogant manner. I'd like to request a reappointment with a different doctor, if possible.
