My appointment with the Dr was really helpful, she has arranged all the tests etc I need to find the issue and get it sorted. The receptionist was also really nice and friendly. Many thanks.

Very poor experience with this surgery, they are not helping people at all. I have booked blood test because I'm nearly two months on sick note and they said I can't do it because is not reffer by doctor, they didn't even inform me that they can't do it test for me, I have problems with walk and it was so awful when they said they can offer VACCINATION if they knew I have medical problems.

Thank you fory our feedback. It is correct that you are unable to book a blood test with a blood form being raised first, therefore if the surgery do not initiate the request then you would need an appointment to discuss this with a clinician first as there may also be other options. We will communicate to staff to check with patients that they have been asked to book a blood test to save wasting patient time, and appointments

Diabetes check.... Only had blood taken and they gave me wrong urine sample bottle. I had to go back today to do it again and make another appointment for feet blood pressure etc.
Results on app did not give my cholesterol reading so I was asked to decide on statins but couldn't if I didn't know my reading. I had to speak to pharmaceutical chap, he was ok but didn't know anything about the app and couldn't advise how I could get the missing cholesterol reading on the app, he just wanted to talk about statins and risks, so I will have to phone again tomorrow. Lots of time wasted for myself and the surgery as things were not done correctly. The staff I spoke to were very pleasant but I think they could be trained better on the practical work

We apologise that you were given the wrong urine bottle and that resulted in additional trips to the surgery - we will ensure this is communicated to our teams for the future. Unfortunately our staff don't get to see the patient side of the app so are not able to help with navigating it; however the clinician should have your cholesterol reading in their view when discussing your options. If you would be so kind as to contact the surgery and give your details (this review is anonymous) we would be happy to look into this further. Thank you.
