Tried to get an appointment for elderly mother via phone. First day I was cut off when I was third in queue. Once I eventually got through there wasn’t anything available so I would have to try again the following morning. Which I did.
The doctor phoned after I sent photos via link.

If you can contact the practice with the date/time and number that you used we will be able to look into this. We are an appointment led service and only have a finite number of appointments, however we are pleased to hear that by following process the next day you were able to get your mother assessed.

The person who takes blood samples should be able to take blood pressure of the patient as well. Blood pressure machine did not print out my name and should be set up for left arm. How many sentences do you want before you accept this? Don't you accept scores other than perfect?

It is likely that you saw a Phlebotomist for your blood test, who does not have blood pressure appointments built into their clinic. We do have machines in reception that can be set up for right and left arm for our patients to take their blood pressure reading, and you are welcome to drop in to any open site to take that reading

We do offer a variety appointments on line as well, which we appreciate can be useful for working people or those who do not have phone access during the day. A lot of these appointments are available to book any time, and GP telephone appointments released in the week at 7pm.
