An appointment the same day

Amazingly, I rang Thursday afternoon and got an appointment the same day. I didn't have to wait too long at the surgery. The doctor was very thorough.
The only query I have is that I got a text request to repeat my blood test with no indication of what the problem was with the first test.

There for a blood test, very welcoming at reception and the nurse who took my sample was very helpful, informative, calming and professional.

The Doctor listened to my explanation of my symptoms and didn't try to rush me. He fully took on board what I was saying and my concerns. He addressed all my concerns and gave his opinion of them. He offered an Xray referral, to back up his opinion. He was very pleasant to speak to.
