My appointment for an ECG was bang on time the nurse was very friendly informative and explained every stage of what she was doing I was connected up to a whole set of wires and then she performed the test and sent the review to the doctor. Again she explained why there was a short delay as the doctor had to check the results of the ECG on when that was done I was allowed to go home. All in all a wonderful time with a very skilled and able practitioner.

Quiet room
Don’t have any issue with staff as I find them caring, open to questions asked, will listen and repeat back to you. They are amazing the team you have now. Just wondering if you thought about having a quiet room for patients who might need this, no TV in there, just some useful general information, have a think about it

Blood Test
I had a blood test & was out before my actual appointment. Tracey was excellent & it was painless. She said I would be able to see my Test results in a day. That was nearly a week ago & still no results?!?
