GP, Dr Monery was a very professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful, caring and very helpful. All advice that he has given me will improve my health. I also commend a receptionist Miss Jahan Nusrat because she is very caring and helpful. Thank you so much to both of them.

I think the trainee nurse said that vein burst in the right arm, I can only asume the needle went through the other side of the vein. So the trained nurse took the bloods from the left arm.
Trainee also fumbled with the ECG, but I guess people have to train.

Corticosteroid Injection. Excellent - everything I needed to know was explained clearly, it was all very straightforward. The only reason I marked down “involvement in my treatment” is that there were other things raised in my eConsult that require a discussion. However, the outcome of this appointment was excellent as it addressed the immediate need and I was helped in understanding what to do with regards to the other.

I arrived 20 minutes early and was seen 15 minutes after my appointment time, the nurse was very good and took my blood with little pain and answered the few questions I asked .

Receptionist failed to book me in for an appointment causing me to overrun my parking by 40 minutes resulting im me receiving a £70.00 parking ticket-not impressed. Will be looking into reclaiming the parking fine from the surgery.

Please be aware that you do get 90 minutes parking, there are plenty of signs around the car park stating this. You are welcome to appeal if you were within the surgery for over 90 minutes, but we often find that these people will also go off to other places whilst still being parked in our car park, as we can see what time you were checked in, and when you left. I can see that you re-booked using the link given, unfortunately there must not have been any appointments available at that time at Somerstown when you booked. Re your blood pressure, it is down to the practitioner whether they have capacity to do extra in the appointment, a blood test slot is only for 5 minutes, and I can see that the appointment had already exceeded the 5 minutes, our apologies for not being able to get this done in one appointment for you.
