Not good, often feel not listened to. Recently saw a GP and when he asked me a question answered it himself. He seemed to ridicule me even in his notes on my app its the same. Didn't even get out of his chair to listen to my chest in fact he placed the stethoscope on my collar bone over numerous clothes. Was sent away without any explanation as to why I was feeling so ill.

The doctor was very attentive
It was my first time face to face with a doctor ( finally) and that's very important to a patient that is struggling in many ways and feeling blue. Usually is 5 minutes on the phone which makes us feel very uncomfortable and rejected, right?! So, it was very important and the doctor was very attentive to my problem.

I was seen after just a 5min wait by a lovely nurse, very friendly and explained the procedure and why I was having it.
Then I went to the doctor for an injection, who was also very professional and helpful.

Unfortunately things out of our control happen, I cannot investigate as you have left this feedback anonymously, but I would assume because of staff sickness, in which case there isn't much that we can do about this. There is also a walk in blood taking service at St Mary's hospital for future reference.

My visit to the surgery was better than expected. The surgery was quiet, I went straight to reception and checked in. Within 10 minutes I was called by the nurse and then I left within 20 minutes. It was very easy.
