This surgery does an excellent job to get all patients seen.
If people follow the options i.e 8am, 2pm emergency, 10am routine they always get you appointments.
If you phone late then that's your problem. Staff have always been helpful and polite /professional.
Wouldn't change surgeries.

45 minutes to get to speak to receptionist and then couldn't get an appointment to speak to a doctor. Came off the phone feeling what the point.

The receptionist I saw was so helpful. Even when other members of the public were shouting and doing their best to interrupt the receptionist remained calm. I wish I had taken her name, but as I had broken my ankle I wasn't thinking straight! Thank you for your care and attention. You also deserve a medal for remaining so professional front line in what I would describe as a challenging job.

Kingston Crescent Surgery

The staff on the desk are very helpful and caring. I’ve noticed a change in recent times with this, I understand how hard it must be being so overwhelmingly busy in recent years, but we all feel vulnerable when poorly or are loved ones as myself with my elderly mother. Phone staff are so helpful too. A great improvement, couldn’t do more, genuine care.

COPD review

Had an appointment for COPD review, doctor was lovely, helpful & friendly, was offered a COPD inhaler which I never knew existed, on trial with it now & after only a few days I can feel the difference. Thank you.
