Goes above and beyond

When a Nurse (Jessica Delaghne) goes above and beyond to help and support a patient it makes such a difference to those patients, not least on their mental health. Prevention is better than cure.

On my recent visit to the surgery, I suffered the most painful blood test I have ever experienced in my life!

Annual diabetic review

The nurse was thorough and covered every part of the annual diabetic review.
She was very pleased that I had already done a blood pressure reading and weighed myself, while I was still in the waiting room.

Appointment

(1) On the 21st October I attended the PGP surgery in Cosham for a flu jab (not Kingston Crescent Surgery). Could the surgery venue and date be included on the working feedback email?
(2) Re "How satisfied are you with the outcome of your treatment?"- for a flu jab this depends on whether I get the flu this winter! There was no option to say this, and I gave it 5 stars anyway, being an optimist!

Spirometry testing

The spirometry testing was OK. The person carrying it out took their time and didn't mind if things didn't go exactly as needed. We just did them again.
