Bloods and asthma
The nurse I saw today had dealt with my previous asthma appointments and bloods, she was the most helpful and reassuring that anyone could have been. I try not to visit doctors if at all possible due to feeling uncomfortable but (I wish I got her name) she was excellent

Disappointed as turned up early and waited and was called at my appointment time to advise clinician was off, however nurse practices apologised and got me seen in the afternoon at another surgery, so glad I was seen eventually.

Quick, Efficient, Friendly
I have to say that this was a pleasant experience for me. I arrived expecting a queue in front of me for my vaccinations but as soon as the young lady on reception asked if I was here for injections, she said to go through a set of doors where she appeared and showed me into the doctor's room, where we confirmed that I would receive two vaccinations, one in each arm. I was wearing a short sleeve tee shirt as I thought that would be easier for the doctor. He very quickly vaccinated my left arm followed swiftly by the right arm with a different vaccine, and then said you are fine to go now. I have nothing but praise for the team

Not happy with the service from nurse
The nurse was twisting the needle after inserted. She was told she was hurting me, she told me she blew my vein, ended up with quite a purple apple-sized bruise when she told me I would not bruise as she held it correctly.

Pleasant visit
Visited late during the evening and the surgery was empty and spotlessly clean. My specialist nurse invited me in, discussed my concerns then attended to my skin condition. He sent my details away to be seen by another specialist after explaining what he thought was wrong, etc., polite, professional and very understanding. Hopefully won’t be going again but who knows !!!
