Very helpful

All staff receptionist, doctors & physio are all very helpful. The only problem I have is getting through on the phone with a query.

RSV vaccination

I went for my RSV vaccination. I was seen on time and the procedure and any possible side effects were fully explained to me.

I was treated very well

I was required to have a steroid injection in my right hand due to a trigger finger. As it is early days to see if it will be one hundred per cent successful, I was treated very well and I remain hopeful it will help my arthritic hand.

For the vaccination programme hardly any grumbles. I received an e mail the day after my jab encouraging me to book a flu and COVID vaccination though. Pity prescriptions and appointments aren’t as easy.

Our system updates overnight so we will look into this. Prescriptions should be as easy - if you download the NHS app and request via the app - your repeat medication should be available at your nominated pharmacy in a few working days. If you require a review in order to maintain your repeat prescription then we will advise you and inform you as to whether blood tests are needed. Medication review appointment bookings links are sent for ease of booking.
