So patient and understanding

The nurse that I saw was so patient and understanding and let me talk for as long as I needed to. There was no rush to get me out so the next patient could be seen. She offered lots of options for me and was able to give me the pros and cons of them. She also called me 2 hours later to recheck my BP so she could proceed with my prescription.

Cannot fault the surgery

I rang in the morning, had a phone call with the doctor by 1pm and was prescribed medicine the same day. Cannot fault the surgery.

Mother in law was very nervous and concerned. Upon test being administered, she screamed out in pain 3 times but was given no reassurance or empathy by nurse.
