Explained everything for me

I was made very welcome by Karen, she explained everything for me. I answered lots of questions but she was lovely,, helped an old lady feel at ease she was a credit to you and a repeat appointment this week with her was explained thoroughly to me.

Courteous and helpful

The automated call back function is brilliant. And the person I spoke to on the phone was very courteous and helpful. She helped me resolve a prescription issue that was concerning me.

Excellent doctor

Used the on line referral service and attached pics of the problem. Got an appointment within a week and saw a very helpful Doctor who put my mind at rest and gave an appropriate course of action. She also advised and prescribed for another ailment. Excellent doctor and service.

The worst medical centre ever. We can make an appointment at all, long long time trying to contact by phone but could never get it. And we can’t make an appointment in reception at all…
