Well trained and understanding staff

I also attended Somerstown Hub on Thursday 1st August, so I would like to show appreciation to both of the staff I saw.
On Thursday I had a Well Woman appointment, with a very well trained and understanding member of staff.
On Friday, I experienced the same level of care at Kingston Crescent.

Quick and easy process to check in. Appointment was on time. Nurse taking bloods made me feel very relaxed and explained everything clearly.

It was my first time using GP in the UK and the experience was good. They are very kind and helpful. As an international student here I deserve some discount on medicine cost.

Thank you for your comments, I am pleased that the service was to your expectation. Discounts on medicine is a decision made by the Government and many people is many situations will feel that they should get a discount, however we have to follow guidance.

Treatment was excellent, I prefer using Kingston Crescent Surgery as parking is much easier, Cosham does not have enough parking spaces, even local roads are terrible.
