Fantastic experience

My experience at Kingston Crescent Surgery was a very fantastic one, a wonderful and friendly asthma nurse and doctor attended to me and I was very pleased with their reception and treatment. The medications are working perfectly, thank you.

I was sent by dr to Kingston crescent Surgery. I have not been there before my experience, it could not have been better. Excellent from the building to receptionist. Fantastic from medical to human touch, made me feel my worries were handled by her and now I could carry on after my Drs shut down 3years. Not been able to see a dr. Do not have a name of mine as talk to so many through husband to rep. as I am deaf, so degrading, 3 way talk about personal things.

I was happy with the nurse and treatment but Booking the next appointment was almost impossible, all appointments had been taken instead of Friday and Monday. I could only have Monday as my condition needs dressing twice a week, I'm not happy.

Thank you for your comments. Due to the volume the test received we have a no news is good news policy, therefore you will only be contacted if the result received requires further action. You can access results through the NHS app if you have registered for access.

Reception was very slow, 20 mins wait to speak to someone. Reception staff were lovely and polite. The Nurse was excellent and did my review very well.

Great experience

What an absolutely great experience; efficient, professional, great staff who actually went beyond expectations.
Essentially, I went in for a blood test. Had a 5min appt which was on time and even shorter. I enquired if I could have a shingles jab whilst I was there. Receptionist was pleased to help and within 10mins, I had a shingles jab too... From a very respectful and good humoured Duty Dr! Thank you so much team!

Nurse was so patient, attentive

Good! Nurse was so patient, attentive and gentle! Must have waited a minute before being called in and then the visit was done quickly but I was not allowed to just walk out! Which was very sensible of her!
