Kingston Crescent Surgery

The doctor was straight onto the issue with my elbow and arranged for me to see a Physio the same day. She also arranged for me to have an Xray, there was a slight delay as she forgot to send the request to QA. This however has now been done and I am awaiting the result of the Xray.

Superb

I had a blood test yesterday. I have had many over my 64 years, most of which have not been a good experience, but the phlebotomist (Rebecca C) who took my blood yesterday was superb. I literally did not feel a thing. I highly recommend her. Additionally the appointment time was bang on - no waiting around. 10 out of 10!

Spoken to by a diabetes nurse. So sorry I forgot her name but she was friendly, professional, listened to me and tailored my needs around my concerns. I'm an SRN of 40 + years so I recognise a true professional!!
