Appointment was exactly on time.
The HCSW was extremely professional.
Good explanation of the procedure...a steroid injection. I was given an opportunity to ask questions and he made me feel at ease.
The procedure has also worked (so far).

Amazing nurse

Amazing nurse has successfully done my blood test without any fuss. Not an easy task as my veins hide as soon as they hear the b word.

Appointment

The reception could be more friendly when booking you in. I do appreciate they can face some very trying times however not all patients are the same, some are really grateful for their assistance. The medical professional was excellent keeping me informed all the time and gave full details on all requirements, a credit to her profession. Overall it was professional and on time.

Diabetic nurse

My appointment time was spot on and my diabetic nurse was very good and patient. The Portsdown group practice are quite good lately but both my husband and I say we NEVER actually see a Dr !!!!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback, and for your kind words. We have a very large multi disciplinary team - something we have worked hard to introduce and are very proud of. If you need to see a GP, our trained care navigators will advise you of this. The best thing to do is call our team on Option 2 10am - 1pm to discuss your medical query and determine who the most appropriate person would be. This is a GP in some cases, but with our vast team of Health Professionals, it may be that another colleague is more appropriate.
