The appointment time was fine for me. Parking was easy and there was only a short queue at the Surgery. I was seen, had my jab and within 10 minutes was on my way home.

Spring COVID jab
As my attendance time was 15.00 and I was nearby I asked at reception whether it was possible for me to get my jab sooner. Within fifteen minutes I was leaving the surgery COVID covered. This meant that I could travel home to Southsea and not need to go out again. The lady at reception I felt was extremely helpful.

Feed back re chest infection
I think medical staff should take into consideration what the patient needs rather than opinion. I went in with a viral chest infection. I was coughing up green stuff and was wheezing terribly. I felt rotten. I asked for a blue inhaler as I have been prescribed that before due to my history of asthma and Emma the nurse said it wasn’t needed. I spent the whole week wheezing and fighting to breathe. I am still poorly and I am just disgusted with the service. I took a 20 minute uber to go to this appointment to receive 0 service. I will be changing now as I think it’s appalling
