Receptionist very helpful when I explained that my link to make appointment had expired (I was away) and made me a suitable appointment confirming that a thyroid test would also be done.
Checked in and only had to wait a few minutes. Blood taken by friendly and efficient lady (not a Dr so probably nurse or healthcare assistant).

The young lady/Nurse was excellent. I hate seeing blood coming out of my body & I hate needles. She was very cool & considerate & I felt very little (no pain at all).

I didn't have to wait long until I was seen for both appointments, the nurses were very good, I received good service from both and was pleased with the overall treatment on my visit.

B12 injection and bloods for Statins

I was seen on time for both my injection and my bloods. The lady I saw was very efficient, helpful and polite. I never have any problems with the Healthcare assistants.

Staff were excellent

The staff were excellent and I usually have problems with blood tests but both times I have attended the surgery the staff have had no problems obtaining blood samples, it gives confidence to attend.

Check up

I had a hip op on the 19th Dec had to see the doctor on the 2nd Jan for a check up with the op, could not get in with my doctors in Cosham, couldn't even get through to them on the phone so I spoke with my cancer nurse who got me in at Kingston crescent, so much more different to Cosham, the lady on the desk was friendly and helpful putting me at ease from the start went in to see the doctor on time, very pleased with the outcome of the appointment.
